PM Narendra Modi Tops The List Of 22 Leaders Of The World, His Popularity Still On Peak!!

The popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi remains in the world. According to the Morning Consult survey, PM Narendra Modi is once again on top of the global rating with an approval rating of 75 percent. PM Narendra Modi was followed by Mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi with 63 per cent and 54 per cent ratings in the second and third place respectively.

US President Joe Biden has been placed fifth in the list of 22 world leaders with a rating of just 41 percent. Joe Biden is followed by Canadian President Justin Trudeau (39 percent) and Japanese Prime Minister Kishida (38 percent). Morning Consult Political Intelligence is currently tracking the approval ratings of the government leaders and various country’s trajectory in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Germany, India, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and the United States. Earlier in January 2022 and in November 2021 also, Prime Minister Modi topped the list of the world’s most popular leaders.

The average sample size of the survey in the US is about 45,000. In other countries the sample size is between 500-5,000.

All interviews between nationally representative adults are conducted online. The sample of the survey is representative of the literate population in India. Surveys are weighted by age, gender, region in each country, and education based on official government sources in some countries. In the US, surveys are also ranked by race and ethnicity.
